Job summary
Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a Director of HEOR & Value Evidence to lead the generation and translation of economic and outcomes data across diagnostic and therapeutic assets. You will shape payer-relevant evidence to drive access, reimbursement and market differentiation, while partnering with Market Access and Payer teams in external engagements.

Qualifications
- PhD/MD/PharmD in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field.
- 5+ years of HEOR experience in pharma/biotech.
- Proven track record in supporting both diagnostic and therapeutic products.
Responsibilities
- Integrate HEOR endpoints into Phase II–IV protocols to support value narratives.
- Lead Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies and patient registries.
- Develop studies demonstrating clinical utility and impact on patient management.
- Support payer engagements with clinical and health-economic evidence.
- Synthesize evidence for CMS/NCDs and local determinations.
- Oversee HEOR reports and economic modeling for interventions and diagnostics.
