Job summary

Proclinical is seeking a Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead global strategies for diabetes and cardiovascular assets, driving evidence generation and value communication to support access and reimbursement.

This senior role requires a proven track record in HEOR leadership, economic modeling, real-world data analysis, and HTA processes across multiple markets, with a focus on collaboration, inclusivity, and publication excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life/health sciences; advanced degrees preferred.
• Extensive HEOR leadership experience with hands-on modeling.
• Strong understanding of HEOR deliverables across lifecycle of medical technologies.
• Expertise in economic modeling, real-world data analysis, and data source selection.
• Proven ability to translate evidence into clear, compelling value narratives for executives and payers.
• Experience leading global HEOR teams and HTA processes.
• Diabetes or cardiovascular HEOR experience desirable.
• Strong publication record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global HEOR strategies for in-market and pipeline products.
• Lead enterprise-wide HEOR planning to optimize access, reimbursement, and coverage decisions.
• Oversee the design and execution of real-world evidence programs, epidemiological studies, and burden-of-disease research.
• Drive the development of economic and PRO endpoints for clinical trials and real-world evidence partnerships.
• Ensure evidence packages meet the needs of diverse payer archetypes and HTA bodies globally.
• Strategically assess and maximize the economic value of pipeline assets.
• Lead the creation and refinement of economic models to support global access strategies.
• Plan and oversee HEOR publication efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with global and regional access teams to integrate HEOR evidence into pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies.
• Support affiliates in adapting economic models for local HTA and payer value demonstration needs.
