Job summary
Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, HEOR & Value Evidence to lead evidence generation and strategic payer narratives across diagnostic and therapeutic assets. You will shape health economics strategies, design RWE studies, and translate data into value stories for access and reimbursement.
The role sits at the intersection of clinical development and commercial strategy, partnering with Market Access and payer teams to inform external engagements and optimize product differentiation in
Qualifications
- Education: PhD, PharmD, or MD in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of HEOR experience in pharma/biotech.
- Technical: Strong CMS reimbursement knowledge and experience with RWEs and longitudinal analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and translation of robust economic evidence for payer interactions and market access.
- Oversee study design including RWE studies, registries, and economic modeling.
- Support payer meetings with clinical and HEOR expertise, developing compelling narratives for reimbursement.
- Synthesize evidence packages for CMS/NCDs and LCDs, identify gaps early in product lifecycle.
