Job summary

Immunic Therapeutics seeks an experienced Health Economics and Outcomes Research leader to establish and head the HEOR capability within Medical Affairs. You will own the HEOR and value-evidence strategy, support launch readiness, and partner on RWE and registry activities to generate payer-relevant evidence for vidofludimus calcium.

The role requires building a lean, governance-driven HEOR function, directing external partners, and influencing cross-functional teams in a pre-commercial biotech

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HEOR, outcomes research, or related evidence generation in biopharma.
• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HEOR methods and experience designing or overseeing economic models.
• Experience with real-world evidence research (registry-, claims-, or EHR-based).
• Working knowledge of US payer landscape and HTA requirements.
• Experience directing external research partners and managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year HEOR strategy aligned with Medical Affairs and launch plans.
• Lead HEOR evidence gap assessments and translate gaps into research questions and plans.
• Partner on RWE strategy and engage registry consortia and data networks.
