Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare consulting or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience with M&A transactions and integration planning.
• Ability to manage complex engagements with tight timelines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; financial modeling capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, including data gathering, modeling, and insights.
• Oversee interview activities and data analysis for diligence work.
• Develop hypotheses on value levers and cost reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, IT) during due diligence.
• Prepare and present updates to clients and senior leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project teams.
