Job summary

Med-Metrix seeks a Director, Technology Implementations - Workflow to lead the end-to-end implementation of the collections workflow platform in a healthcare setting. You will guide product enhancements, manage a team of consultants, and drive continuous improvement across onboarding, support, and adoption processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare technology, software implementations, product management, or technical operations.
• 3+ years leading implementation, support, consulting, or product-focused teams.
• Experience serving as a Product Owner, Solution Owner, Technical Lead, or Implementation Leader.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and analyze datasets.
• Knowledge of healthcare data transactions including 837, 835, 277.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies and AI/ML-enabled healthcare applications preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and onboarding for new collections clients and expansions.
• Oversee solution design, workflow configuration, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization activities.
• Ensure successful integration of client data, workflows, and operational processes into the platform.
• Develop and enforce implementation best practices, standards, templates, and governance.
• Mentor and lead a team of implementation consultants and solution analysts.
• Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and client-facing dashboards.
