Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks a senior facilities leader responsible for system-wide operations, maintenance, and energy strategy across AHN sites. You will direct building systems, work order management, accreditation readiness, and budget oversight.

In this role you will lead a team, develop centralized energy programs, manage CMMS, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with clinical and corporate leaders to drive efficiency and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facility management, business, construction management, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7 years of multi-site healthcare operations leadership
• 5 years managing facility information management and building automation systems
• 5 years multi-site facility infrastructure management
• 5 years in a leadership/management role
• OSHA 30 Hour within 6 months
• ICRA 8 Hour within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct day-to-day operations of the facilities department across AHN sites.
• Oversee hospital and non-hospital facilities operations and maintenance, including building systems and preventative maintenance.
• Provide strategic direction for system-wide energy optimization and building performance programs.
• Manage CMMS and ensure up-to-date building information and records.
• Oversee accreditation documentation and regulatory compliance processes.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and advise on value-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to align facilities goals with organizational strategy.
