- Education: Bachelor's in Business Admin or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in health care business development at director/manager level.
- Licsure: Valid driver’s license.
- Additional: CPR, CPI and De-Escalation training within 30 days.
- Flexibility for overtime as needed.

- Direct Community Education/Business Development efforts.
- Develop and refine the facility's business development plan.
- Consult with CEO and senior management on strategies.
- Design, implement and supervise BD policies and systems.
- Report, analyze, and present market data and trends; adjust plans.
