Job summary

Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Director of Business Development to lead strategic marketing, admissions growth, and referral development. You will oversee the Clinical Liaison and Admissions teams and craft data-driven plans to expand census and market presence.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred) and at least five years in healthcare management with strong leadership and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Clinical discipline required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan targeting census and payer mix growth, updated quarterly.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the Clinical Liaison and Admissions teams.
• Maintain a database system for market analytics, including community demand, utilization trends, referral patterns, and competitor analysis.
• Design and execute annual and as-needed marketing plans aligned with facility goals.
• Collaborate with managed care organizations, physicians, and internal leaders on new service line strategies.
