Job summary

Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital in Chandler is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives and expand referral networks with physicians and health systems. You will oversee market strategy, partner relations, and revenue generation across inpatient, residential, and outpatient services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare business development, supervisory experience, and a bachelor\'s degree (master\'s preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Five+ years of healthcare business development experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management to generate referral sources.
Sell service line attributes, processes and outcomes to physicians and market groups to meet revenue goals.
Develop and implement marketing plans to increase facility revenues and referrals.
Analyze market utilization data for facility service lines and adjust strategies accordingly.
Build strong relationships with admissions and intake to optimize referrals.
Prepare regular reports on trends, opportunities, and retention strategies.
