Job summary

enGen in Concord, NH seeks an accomplished leader to drive our healthcare interoperability strategy and oversee data exchange between payers, providers, and internal teams. You will guide data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across analytic platforms to support critical health operations.

The role requires strong experience in HL7/FHIR, data governance, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on reliability, quality, and cost efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field required.
• 7 years in Data Analytics required.
• 10+ years healthcare interoperability and clinical data exchange preferred.
• 15+ years in Healthcare IT delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap and execution for healthcare data exchange bridging payer and provider ecosystems.
• Ensure robust data integration using HL7 V2 and FHIR to support clinical workflows.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, and staff performance; organize and direct day-to-day ops.
• Monitor, maintain, and support data platforms; implement QA for accuracy and cost reduction.
• Support data end-users with access, awareness, and troubleshooting to ensure information delivery.
• Deliver production assets (sources, datasets, APIs, feeds, BI tools) timely and accurately.
• Coordinate with data governance, engineering teams, and external partners as a liaison.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
