Job summary
enGen seeks a senior leader to drive the organization's healthcare interoperability strategy and champion bidirectional data exchange with Highmark and its provider network. The role focuses on optimizing case management, utilization, risk programs, and claims processing through reliable data delivery.
The incumbent will oversee production data platforms, ingested datasets, API access, and quality controls, guiding teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions while ensuring governance and HIPAA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Health Informatics or related field
- 7 years in Data Analytics
- Experience in healthcare interoperability and data exchange is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for healthcare data exchange and interoperability
- Ensure robust data integration using HL7 V2 and FHIR standards
- Oversee day-to-day operations of data platforms and quality control processes
- Collaborate with IT partners to leverage latest tools and reduce cost
- Support data consumers with data access and troubleshooting
