The role ensures availability, performance, and stability of production data platforms, guiding teams to ingest, transform, and curate data with quality controls and compliant change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Health Informatics or related field
• 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• 7 years in Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic roadmap and execution for healthcare data exchange, bridging payer and provider tech ecosystems
• Ensure robust data integration using HL7 V2 and FHIR to support clinical workflows and payer-provider alignment
• Manage hiring decisions, coaching, rewards, performance and staff productivity
• Oversee production data platforms and quality control processes for accuracy and cost efficiency
• Support data end-users with access, understanding and troubleshooting for reliable information delivery
• Deliver all production assets timely (data sources, APIs, datasets, data feeds, BI tools)
• Act as liaison to data governance, engineering teams and IT partners
• Perform other duties as assigned
