Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Health Informatics or related field.
6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic roadmap and execution for healthcare data exchange across payer and provider ecosystems.
Ensure robust data integration using HL7 V2 and FHIR to support clinical workflows and population health initiatives.
Oversee hiring decisions, coaching, performance management, and staff development.
Monitor and support operational and analytic data platforms, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery.
Support data end-users with access, awareness, and troubleshooting for information delivery.
Deliver production assets (sources, curated datasets, APIs, feeds) timely and accurately for users.
Act as liaison to data governance, engineering teams, and IT partners, coordinating with external plan partners.
Perform other duties as assigned.
