Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10 years of supervision/management experience with multi-unit management preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare equipment, supply chain management and biomedical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to on-site service programs, achieving operating and financial goals.
• Manage customer relationships, identify needs, and promote revenue growth and service expansion.
• Oversee inventory management, par levels, and equipment training for staff and customers.
• Lead and develop team members, drive accountability and performance.
• Set short- and long-term goals and ensure timely completion of tasks and results.
• Recruit, train and develop staff, promote continuous improvement and stretch assignments.
• Build credibility with hospital administration, clinicians and staff to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Collaborate with site managers, Account Executives and Divisional Directors during customer meetings.
• Identify and resolve customer and staff concerns with effective conflict resolution.
• Monitor costs and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
