Job summary

Agiliti in Oakland, CA seeks a Director of Health Systems to provide strategic direction and operational leadership for multiple sites. You will lead on-site service programs, manage key hospital partnerships and drive financial, service and customer outcomes across the portfolio.

You will recruit and develop teams, set long-term goals, and collaborate with site managers and executives to improve equipment management, efficiency and revenue growth while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, health care or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10 years of supervision/management experience and customer excellence experience.
• Multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry knowledge including hospital medical equipment, supply chain management and biomedical engineering.
• Experience with contract management, account margin maintenance, service metrics, labor analysis and service profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, planning and direction to on-site service programs to ensure operating and financial goals are achieved.
• Manage customer relationships, understand customer needs and provide solutions that promote revenue growth, cost containment and expansion of services.
• Manage medical equipment inventory and par levels effectively.
• Provide strategic direction and vision for the team, coach and develop members.
• Establish short- and long-term goals and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Recruit, train and develop employees through continuous improvement opportunities.
