Agiliti is seeking a Director of Strategic Health System Partnerships to drive senior-level engagement with IDNs and large health systems. You will shape enterprise account strategies, lead cross-functional negotiations, and coordinate resources to accelerate growth across BTS and MTM offerings.

The role demands a proven track record in enterprise healthcare sales, strong relationship-building, and the ability to travel approximately 50% to support national accounts and key customer engagements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, medical technology, healthcare services, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.
• Proven success managing large IDNs and enterprise healthcare customers.
• Experience with senior-level negotiations and complex enterprise sales.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic relationship leader for IDNs and health systems, engaging senior decision-makers.
• Develop and execute enterprise account strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
• Lead business reviews, enterprise negotiations, and complex sales opportunities across BTS and MTM units.
• Identify enterprise growth opportunities across Agiliti products and coordinate resources to close them.
• Collaborate with regional teams and support GPO initiatives to align execution with enterprise objectives.
