Agiliti is seeking a Director of Health Systems Operations in Oakland, CA to provide strategic direction and operational management across multiple sites. You will lead on-site service programs, manage hospital relationships and drive financial and service objectives.

Responsibilities include building teams, setting goals, improving operational efficiency, and partnering with site managers and executives to deliver patient-ready equipment and reliable service throughout the health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, health care or related field.
• 10 years of supervision/management experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to on-site service programs to meet operating and financial goals.
• Manage customer relationships to promote revenue growth and service expansion.
• Oversee medical equipment inventory and par levels.
• Develop and communicate strategic direction for the team and business.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff to perform at high levels.
• Set and track short- and long-term goals with accountability.
• Recruit and train employees through cross-training and continuous improvement.
• Coach staff on their roles in business strategy and operations.
• Build credibility with hospital administrations and clinicians to ensure positive experiences.
• Collaborate with site managers and account executives in customer meetings.
• Identify and resolve customer and staff concerns with effective conflict resolution.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Communicate performance results and resource needs to senior management.
• Provide equipment knowledge and conduct training for staff.
