Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management - Health Data Interoperability to define and execute a strategic roadmap for healthcare data interoperability solutions. You will lead a team of 4-5 Product Owners and collaborate with engineering, clinical informatics, and executive leadership to turn market needs into scalable, compliant product offerings.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
5+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS, platform, API, or healthcare data products.
4+ years of hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks, including HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA, and related healthcare data exchange technologies.
4+ years demonstrated success developing product strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes.
3+ year of experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends related to healthcare interoperability, data exchange, patient access, and care coordination.
Drive product innovation aligned with organizational objectives, customer needs, and healthcare industry standards.
Partner with executive leadership to establish strategic priorities and investment decisions for interoperability products and platforms.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
Prioritize product investments based on customer value, business impact, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements.
Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses to support product initiatives.
Define product KPIs and measure performance through adoption, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes.
