Job summary

Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a Director of Front Office to oversee all Front Office and Guest Services functions, ensuring exceptional service and strong financial performance.

The role leads Bell Services, Welcome Ambassadors, and Service Express teams, partnering with Rooms leadership to optimize guest satisfaction, labor efficiency, and revenue opportunities. A high level of hospitality leadership and budgeting expertise is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of hotel Front Office Director-level experience is required.
• 3–5 years of management experience in hospitality is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Front Office and Guest Services operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Serve as Manager on Duty, resolving guest concerns and operational challenges with professionalism.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop Front Office team members.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline associates in accordance with company policies; recommend corrective action as needed.
• Manage department labor and operating expenses within approved budgets and forecasted goals.
• Collaborate daily with Rooms leadership on goals, forecasts, and guest experience initiatives.
