Job summary

Northreach is seeking a Director, Business Systems to own strategy, architecture and execution for Salesforce, HubSpot and GTM tech. You will lead a small team, partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing and Data, and ensure scalable, reliable systems supporting commercial performance.

The role requires deep technical judgement, hands-on leadership and a strong track record in GTM data flows, integrations and AI-enabled tools within FinTech/SaaS contexts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Systems, GTM tech or Revenue Ops.
• Direct ownership of Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience with CI/CD and release governance in SFDX.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Business Systems and GTM tech strategy.
• Own Salesforce architecture, data model, and change governance.
• Lead CI/CD and Salesforce release-management processes.
