Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Director of GTM and G&A Recruiting to lead a global team and partnering with senior leaders to shape hiring priorities. You will drive scalable strategies across Revenue, Marketing, and G&A, ensuring we attract top talent and meet quarterly goals.

With 10+ years in GTM recruiting and 5+ years of people management, you’ll combine data-driven insights with innovative strategies, while safeguarding data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of GTM recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of people management in your most recent roles.
• Experience recruiting across GTM functions globally, with exposure to G&A hiring a plus.
• Experience in both startup and larger, scaled environments.
• Data- and metrics-driven approach to building and running a recruiting team.
• You protect Vanta and customer data in how your team operates and delivers results.
• You use AI in your day-to-day work to amplify your skills and strengthen outcomes with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and directly manage all GTM and G&A recruiters.
• Partner with GTM and G&A leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite to prioritize hiring needs, monitor and report on progress, and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships globally.
• Build, develop, and innovate unique recruiting strategies to ensure all GTM and G&A recruiting functions hit quarterly hiring goals.
• Work with your team to diagnose and solve bottlenecks in the hiring funnel so we keep building a talent-dense organization.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics to stakeholders and Vanta’s leadership team.
• Manage a small req load as needed, likely focused on key GTM leadership hires.
