Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales, Enablement, GTM, or related roles.
• Experience with launches, plays and field readiness.
• Hands-on with modern AI tools and the sales tech stack.
• CRM, sales engagement, and content platforms knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM enablement strategy and priorities with Sales Enablement, Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Marketing and Product Management.
• Define the standard for launch readiness and sales plays, ownership, and field preparation for new offers.
• Translate product/offer strategy into field system of plays, talk tracks, and competitive guidance.
• Align Sales, Solutions, Services, and partner messaging for a single GTM story.
• Lead the technology and AI productivity agenda for Sales Enablement and drive adoption across the stack.
