Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Development Team for assigned practices.
• Partner with Global Leaders and Practice Group Leaders to craft Growth Plans and revenue strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and client needs to shape BD strategies and proposal development.
• Drive market positioning, branding, events, and thought leadership campaigns.
• Cultivate referrals and relationships with other professional services firms.
