Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Director of Product Management, Growth Platforms in the United States to own and evolve product strategy for platforms driving customer growth, engagement, and retention across digital and retail experiences.

You will shape capabilities spanning promotions, loyalty, CRM, segmentation, and marketing data, partnering with Marketing, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Operations, and finance to turn insights into measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience building data-intensive growth, marketing, promotions, personalization, CRM, loyalty, or customer data platforms at scale.
• Deep understanding of customer and marketing data, including segmentation, audience creation, behavioral data, activation, experimentation, and measurement.
• Ability to translate complex customer datasets into actionable segments and personalized experiences.
• Strong technical fluency, with experience partnering with Engineering and Data teams on architecture, platforms, APIs, and event streams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for growth platforms.
• Lead the development of a unified promotions and offers platform across products and channels.
• Build scalable customer data and segmentation capabilities for personalized experiences.
• Partner with Marketing to strengthen CRM and lifecycle marketing capabilities.
• Develop shared growth platforms for online sportsbook, casino, digital retail, and loyalty experiences.
• Create self-service tools for Marketing and business teams to launch campaigns faster.
• Collaborate with Data and Engineering on data architecture, event streams, integrations, and measurement.
• Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure incremental impact and guide investments.
• Lead, coach, and grow Product Managers and expand the team.
