Job summary

Match Group is seeking a Senior Director, Growth Technology & Platforms, to lead MarTech Engineering, Marketing Data Foundations, Technical Program Management, and Organic Growth. You will set strategy, roadmaps, and investments, coordinating engineering, data, and growth disciplines across a global portfolio of brands.

The role reports into the Global Media & Growth organization. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of about 10, aligning priorities, building shared capabilities, and

Qualifications

• 12+ years in marketing technology, growth engineering, or platform leadership.
• Led a platform or technology capability with a clear roadmap, prioritization, and business impact.
• Experience making build, buy, and partner decisions, including vendor management.
• Able to translate measurement and experimentation needs into technical requirements and scalable growth systems.

Responsibilities

• Set Growth Technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the function.
• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary org across engineering, data, PM, and Organic Growth.
• Build integrated marTech and data foundations for measurement, activation, and experimentation.
• Develop AI-enabled growth capabilities and scalable workflows across the portfolio.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics and AI/ML to drive high-value opportunities.
• Communicate tradeoffs and investment decisions clearly to senior leaders.
