Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Director of Partner Marketing in the United States to lead the growth and strategic development of a portfolio of high-value partnerships within the fintech and consumer finance space.

You will own partner relationships, P&L management, and marketing strategy across multiple financial product categories, turning complex performance data into actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partner marketing or related field.
• Demonstrated experience growing strategic partnerships with meaningful commercial impact.
• Strong business development skills and ability to develop financial models.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including PowerPoint.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of large strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Own day-to-day relationship management with major partners and executives.
• Develop and execute partner marketing plans and growth strategies.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing partnerships team.
