Job summary

PX is seeking a Director of Search & Display to own paid acquisition across search, display, and video, from strategy through execution and optimization. You will drive annual gross and net revenue growth with an entrepreneurial mindset, building scalable systems and shaping creative within brand standards.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to lift lead conversion and overall marketplace performance, manage budgets across multiple networks, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance/direct-response media, with meaningful time spent in lead generation specifically.
• Track record managing significant monthly media spend across search, display, and video.
• Expert-level hands-on experience running campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven ability to manage multiple paid traffic networks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve annual gross and net revenue targets for your channel(s).
• Develop and execute channel expansion strategies to accelerate growth.
• Lead strategy across search, display, and video acquisition.
• Partner with Website CRO team to improve lead conversion rates.
• Ensure campaigns stay compliant with regulatory requirements.
