Job summary

Global, publicly traded, multibillion-dollar organization is seeking a Director of Total Rewards with strong executive and sales compensation experience. This role partners with the SVP to develop and execute competitive, performance-driven rewards across a complex global business.

The ideal candidate will translate business priorities into compensation programs that attract talent, reward results, and support long-term shareholder value, while leading governance and global program execution

Qualifications

Significant experience in compensation and Total Rewards within a large organization.
Deep executive compensation experience in a public company, including equity programs.
Strong hands-on sales compensation design, modeling, administration.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term equity awards.
Prepare compensation committee materials, benchmarking, incentive recommendations, and supporting analyses for the board.
Design and evaluate sales incentive plans aligned with revenue growth and profitability. Collaborate with Sales and Finance on measures and payouts.
Guide global compensation benchmarking, salary structures, job architecture, merit planning, and incentives across geographies.
Support governance activities: disclosures, proxy preparation, and equity administration.
