Job summary

National Vision seeks a Senior Director of Executive Compensation and Total Rewards to lead the enterprise total rewards strategy across executive and broad-based programs. You will partner with senior leadership to design scalable, compliant, and competitive compensation, benefits, and equity programs.

The role emphasizes governance, market benchmarking, and board-ready materials, with responsibility for continuing improvements and cost management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, or related HR fields.
• Experience with executive pay analysis, equity and incentive programs, and governance materials.
• Public company experience or governance involvement is required.
• Strong leadership of enterprise programs and people teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Total Rewards strategy including executive compensation, benefits, and equity programs.
• Prepare materials for Board of Directors and Compensation Committee with governance considerations.
• Ensure alignment with public company requirements, financial objectives, and compliance.
• Oversee design and administration of equity compensation programs and broad-based pay.
