Job summary

Visa is seeking a Sr. Director, VSCE Global Service Optimization, to lead global delivery improvements for the VSCE and related VCS solutions.

You’ll partner with senior product and technology leaders to enhance service readiness, implement data-driven improvements, and ensure consistent global performance across regions. You will coordinate internal teams, deliver scalable service models, and drive cross‑functional initiatives that boost product adoption and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive leadership and project delivery experience.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills across senior and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a global SaaS/financial services context.
