Job summary

The Director, Country Deployment Lead USA, is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide deployment of Fresenius Kabi's ELEVATE Global Template as part of the company's strategic business transformation and SAP S/4HANA implementation under the #FutureFresenius initiative in the US.

This role provides global leadership and governance for the successful rollout of standardized business processes, systems, and operating models across regions, countries, sites, and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in ERP delivery, deployment management or transformation leadership.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or large SAP ERP rollouts.
• Familiarity with Pharma/Life Science or regulated industries.
• Willingness to travel internationally 35%+.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end deployment of SAP S/4HANA and ELEVATE solutions across countries and deployment waves.
• Translate Global Template into scalable deployment strategies balancing global standards with local requirements.
• Establish deployment governance frameworks with decision-making structures and quality controls.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption, including training and risk mitigation.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment and milestones.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and go-live readiness.
• Lead enterprise cutover planning and execution with clear accountability and decision points.
• Provide executive leadership during hypercare and stabilization phases.
• Identify and manage deployment risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement of methodologies and governance.
• Champion program communications and stakeholder engagement with Change Management.
• Mentor country and local deployment resources and promote best practices.
• Ensure compliance with audit, validation, and regulatory requirements.
