Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Operations Manager to drive day-to-day productivity at the distribution center and ensure safe, cost-effective execution of receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will be part of the site Sr Leadership, guiding continuous improvements and employee engagement in line with LS&Co values.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma, KPI accountability, training, staffing plans, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years in a distribution center or direct-to-consumer environment.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting, distribution planning, and automation.
• Data-driven with ability to create positive financial and service outcomes.
• Proven leadership to develop and grow a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Drive productivity and continuous improvement using LEAN and Six Sigma.
• Oversee KPI performance: cost per unit, units per hour, inventory accuracy.
• Create a safe, compliant working environment and standard work methods.
• Lead training to ensure Method, Pace, Safe Motion Dynamics compliance.
• Plan staffing using system reports and volume forecasts for peak periods.
• Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams on process changes.
• Develop partnerships to meet customer service goals and timely orders.
• Lead and mentor a team responsible for all warehouse activities.
