Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco is seeking a Director of Distribution & Logistics Analytics & Decision Intelligence to lead the global analytics strategy for the D&L network, delivering scalable data products, predictive insights, and AI-enabled decision support.

You will partner with global and regional leaders to define KPIs, shape data products, and accelerate AI-driven decision-making that improves service, cost, resilience, and sustainability, while building a high-performing analytics

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in distribution, logistics analytics, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale analytics, data, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Retail, apparel, consumer products, or omnichannel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the global D&L Analytics & Decision Intelligence roadmap, prioritizing opportunities by impact and user needs.
• Translate operational challenges into actionable insights and tech-enabled solutions for global and regional leaders.
• Define and govern enterprise D&L KPIs, metrics, and business definitions for global consistency.
• Partner with Data & Analytics and Engineering to develop scalable data products and self-service analytics.
• Lead cross-functional product teams from discovery through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and decision intelligence use cases (predictive, prescriptive, optimization).
• Establish change management and adoption strategies to maximize business impact.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing global analytics organization.
• Champion GenAI and intelligent agents to accelerate decision-making in Supply Chain.
