Job summary

UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record-to-Report to define and lead the future-state R2R capabilities for the Finance Digital Enablement organization. You will partner with Finance, IT, AI & Automation teams and external vendors to drive transformation and scalable processes.

You will shape the operating model, establish standards, and lead initiatives to accelerate close, strengthen controls, and improve reporting with enterprise technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Process Management, Digital Enablement, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes, accounting operations, financial reporting, close management, and internal controls.
• Proven success leading large-scale business process transformation and technology modernization initiatives within complex global organizations.
• Experience developing business roadmaps and transformation strategies involving ERP, financial close, reporting, and governance technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies and their application within Finance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across Finance, IT, and business organizations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, relationship management, and change leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the future-state operating model for UKG’s Record-to-Report and establish enterprise process standards.
• Lead transformation initiatives to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Drive AI, automation, and digital innovation within Finance operations and governance.
• Own and manage a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with Finance strategy.
• Partner with IT and AI teams to ensure platforms like Dynamics 365, BlackLine, Workiva support evolving needs.
• Build governance, portfolio management, and value-realization capabilities across the R2R landscape.
• Develop organizational capability in process design, transformation leadership, AI adoption, and digital enablement.
