Job summary

UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record-to-Report to shape the future of UKG’s finance operations. You’ll partner with Finance, IT, and AI teams to define operating models and drive transformation across the Record-to-Report landscape.

Lead multi-year roadmaps, governance, and value realization, delivering faster close, stronger controls, and scalable processes for global finance. This role also offers opportunities to apply AI and automation at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Process Management, Digital Enablement, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes, accounting operations, financial reporting, close management, and internal controls.
• Proven success leading large-scale business process transformation and technology modernization initiatives within complex global organizations.
• Experience developing business roadmaps and transformation strategies involving ERP, financial close, reporting, and governance technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies and their application within Finance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across Finance, IT, and business organizations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, relationship management, and change leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the Future of Record-to-Report by setting long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead transformation initiatives to simplify processes and modernize ways of working.
• Drive AI, automation, and digital innovations across the finance function.
• Own the Record-to-Report roadmap with multi-year plans and governance.
• Lead portfolio governance, value realization, and performance reporting.
