Job summary

UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record-to-Report to shape the future of UKG’s R2R capabilities. You will partner with CFO and IT to modernize accounting through AI, automation, and digital technologies, defining the operating model and enterprise standards.

You will drive the transformation roadmap, governance, and value realization while collaborating with Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes, accounting operations, and internal controls.
• Experience leading large-scale business process transformation and technology modernization.
• Strong ability to influence executives and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define the future-state operating model and multi-year R2R transformation roadmap.
• Lead strategic initiatives to accelerate financial close, improve productivity, and strengthen controls.
• Partner with IT, AI, and automation teams to drive digital modernization of accounting operations.
• Develop governance frameworks, investments, and performance reporting for the transformation portfolio.
• Build strategic partnerships across Accounting, Finance, IT, Internal Audit, and leadership.
