Qualifications

• 10+ years of Medical Device/Pharma industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience in R&D Project Management and Leadership.
• PMP certification a plus.
• Agile Methodologies preferred for software projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure successful execution.
• Mentor GPPM staff and drive career development.
• Ensure program alignment with strategic objectives and governance.
• Oversee the NPD Governance Board and project strategy.
