Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Director for the R&D Global Portfolio and Project Management team to lead a portfolio of development projects across business verticals. You will mentor a team of PMs, drive governance through the NPD board, and translate customer needs into product strategy and launch plans.

The role requires 10+ years in Medical Device/Pharma R&D PM and a strong track record in cross-functional leadership, budgeting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Medical Device/Pharma industry.
• 10+ years of experience in R&D Project Management and Leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers within GPPM to ensure project execution.
• Contribute to the PMLT and GPPM governance, aligning programs with strategy.
• Apply portfolio insights, financial acumen, and regulatory planning to guide investments.
• Oversee budget, timelines, resource planning, and risk management for the portfolio.
