LaunchDarkly Group is seeking a Director, People Operations to lead the operating model and service delivery across the employee and candidate lifecycles. You will align People priorities with business goals and build scalable processes with strong governance.

You will partner with Legal, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP teams to drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional employee and candidate experiences at scale.

• Establish the global People Operations operating model across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and data changes.
• Lead People Operations and Talent Acquisition Operations teams with clear expectations, prioritization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Set service standards, escalation paths, operating rhythms, and ownership models for easy, supported employee and manager experiences.
