Job summary

LaunchDarkly seeks a thoughtful, service-oriented leader to establish and scale the People Operations and Talent Acquisition Operations across the employee lifecycle. You will own service standards, escalation paths, and ownership models to ensure consistent experiences for employees worldwide.

The role partners with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors to drive improvements, data governance, and efficient processes, while aligning with executive planning and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Thoughtful, service-oriented People leader who combines operational discipline with empathy and care.
• Ability to create clarity in complex environments.
• Understanding of connections between People Operations, Talent Acquisition, systems, data, compliance, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish the global People Operations operating model across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage activities of the People Operations and Talent Acquisition Operations teams.
• Establish service standards, escalation paths, operating rhythms, and ownership models.
• Own operational readiness and execution for policies, compliance-related workflows, employment agreements, audits, immigration and mobility processes, accommodations, and background checks.
