Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in business or social sciences.
• 10+ years of market research experience, 3+ years in B2B.
• Ability to create and program survey instruments and manage data files.
• Familiarity with statistics; experience with R, SAS, or SPSS desirable.
• Excellent communication with PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience in highly matrixed organizations; cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Define and conduct global B2B primary market research briefs and surveys.
• Create interview guides or focus group scripts with stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and focus groups.
• Develop surveys using tools like SurveyMonkey, WebSurveyCreator, or Qualtrics.
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Develop executive presentations outlining significant market changes.
• Recommend actions to support strategy, marketing, sales and program management.
• Contribute to the annual customer insights strategy and agenda.
