Stanley 1913 is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Finance to lead financial strategy and partnership across our global supply chain, with a strong North America emphasis. This role drives budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling for sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

You will build cross-functional partnerships, develop a high-performing team, and influence decisions with advanced analytics in a dynamic global environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level finance/ops degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership.
• Experience supporting supply chain, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or procurement.
• Experience driving cost optimization, gross margin improvement, inventory management.
• Proven ability to build driver-based financial models and reports.
• MBA/CPA/CMA or related certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for Supply Chain and Operations.
• Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive management reporting.
• Partner with Supply Chain leaders to improve gross margin and cost-to-serve.
• Develop financial models for product costing, inventory investments, and network design.
• Drive working capital improvements through inventory optimization and forecast accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for proactive decision-making.
• Lead a high-performing finance team and foster continuous improvement.
