Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science with 10+ years in corporate development and ≥$5M deals.
• Graduate Degree in a Scientific field with 5+ years in corporate development and ≥$5M deals.
• MBA or advanced business training is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and contracts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute external partnerships aligned with portfolio strategies.
• Source and manage a broad network of partners to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, legal, product mgmt, regulatory, quality).
• Travel up to 30% (including international) to support deals and partnerships.
