Millipore Corporation is seeking a Senior Director, Global Head of CMS Strategy, Quality & Operations to partner with CMS leadership and drive the integrated strategy across global teams. You will lead a high-impact organization focused on quality, compliance, and efficient R&D execution.

The role requires extensive pharmaceutical R&D experience, strategic mindset, and hands-on leadership to align priorities and deliver measurable results across cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's with 8–10+ years in project/portfolio management, operations, or related leadership.
• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, drug development, or healthcare industries.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and organizational change.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead CMS strategy, quality, and operations across the organization.
• Inspire and develop a global CMS team aligned with strategy and performance.
• Shape CMS scientific and functional strategy in partnership with senior leaders.
• Establish and improve quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee budgets, milestones, and resource allocation within CMS.
• Prepare strategic presentations and data analyses for high-impact decisions.
• Represent CMS in cross-R&D forums and enterprise councils.
• Promote harmonized development processes with cross-functional partners.
