Job summary
Nexteer Automotive seeks a Director, GSM Systems & Digital/AI Transformation to lead the global GSM digitalization strategy, roadmap, and AI initiatives, aligning with enterprise IT and data governance. This role focuses on modernizing sourcing, supplier management, and cost control through data and automation.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or related transformation.
- Experience leading digital transformation strategies and technology roadmaps with people leadership.
- Experience across ERP and procurement systems, BI/analytics, and data governance.
- Proven record leading cross-region, multi-function supply chain technology programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own global GSM digital and AI transformation strategy and roadmap.
- Identify and build business cases for digital use cases across sourcing and supplier management.
- Lead deployment of automation and AI-enabled capabilities and scale pilots globally.
- Lead GSM systems portfolio and harmonize processes across regions.
