Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in purchasing, automation, supply chain, or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate license models and terms to complete a full contract package while protecting GM’s interests.
• Bring insights into automation industry and embed protections into supplier contracts.
• Use strong negotiation to advise stakeholders on terms deviations and judgements.
• Stay current on automation, IT, automotive trends and GM software strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Security and business partners.
• Develop strategies with suppliers on governance, lead times, and contract types.
• Manage annual renewal cadence to support business continuity.
