Experience managing digital platforms, intranets, and corporate content.
Ability to communicate clearly during change or crisis.
Experience in global organizations and cross-cultural messaging.
Experience ensuring internal communications comply with regulations in publicly traded companies.

Responsibilities

Develop consistent messaging for a global audience and align with external communications to maintain brand voice.
Write and distribute content for global and US channels (intranet, newsletters, videos, leadership updates).
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and disseminate information and design templates.
Serve as primary writer for senior leader communications (speeches, presentations, updates).
Oversee intranet and digital signage; work with Graphic Designer to enhance visuals.
