Job summary

Nexteer Automotive Corporation, a global leader in motion control, seeks a Global Marketing Communications Sr. Specialist. This hybrid role can be based at our Auburn Hills, MI HQ or Saginaw, MI Technical Center, with start anticipated in early 2026.

You will support branding, content creation, market assessments, and cross-functional initiatives across global teams, developing clear messaging for varied audiences while upholding Nexteer standards.

Qualifications

• This role requires 7+ years in B2B, industrial, automotive, or technology marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with AP style familiarity.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing communications, brand building & market assessments across sectors and products.
• Directly support the Global Marketing Communications & Brand Manager.
• Develop marketing content, presentations & visual assets aligned with brand standards.
• Support market & competitive assessments to inform positioning & messaging.
• Collaborate with global & regional stakeholders across the Communications Team and other functions.
• Support external communications initiatives including campaigns, events & thought leadership.
