Job summary

Our client in Marlborough, MA seeks a Director for Strategic Growth & Commercial to own strategic growth initiatives connecting portfolio priorities to market execution and measurable outcomes. The role partners with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen customer engagement and governance within a global operating model.

Location: Marlborough, MA; compensation $200,000–$230,000 annually. Flexible remote options for eligible roles; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in process development services, global program leadership, or commercial operations.
• Experience leading global cross-functional transformation and commercialization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial integration of key program offerings into the clinical workflow management model.
• Lead cross-functional alignment of clinical programs within the commercial ecosystem, focusing on regional routines and customer engagement.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable demand-generation plans with regional leaders.
• Develop tools and training materials to improve commercial teams’ effectiveness in positioning program offerings.
• Serve as the primary global connection point for program teams and regional stakeholders, communicating strategy and performance to executives.
• Establish governance and performance tracking processes to improve commercial execution and identify bottlenecks.
• Lead the strategic growth agenda for clinical programs, translating portfolio priorities into market assessments and execution roadmaps.
